Midland College is committed to fostering student success by providing the tools and support needed to help students thrive. In alignment with its mission to ensure access to higher education, the college’s Financial Aid team is offering free assistance for the completion of the 2025-2026 FAFSA and TASFA applications. These sessions are part of the college’s ongoing efforts to support students and their families in navigating the financial aid process, with a focus on improving accessibility and empowering students for future success.

 

“Completing your FAFSA or TASFA application can be overwhelming, and Midland College wants to make the process as easy as possible for our students,” said Yolanda Ramos, MC’s Director of Financial Aid. “Our team is ready to walk students and families through every step, from start to finish, to ensure they have access to the funding they need for their college education.”

 

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and TAFSA (Texas Application for State Financial Aid) are essential to accessing financial aid for college, including grants, loans, and work-study opportunities. MC’s free assistance sessions will be held on the following dates:
