Continuing Education at MC provides a variety of courses including personal enrichment, workforce skills, credit counseling, professional development, licensure and certification refreshers, energy industry trends and health sciences programs. Courses are offered in a variety of settings: classroom, hands-on lab, and online. Our programs offer flexible class schedules to meet the demands of your busy life. The following programs are offered:
Our Kids’ College courses offer summer enrichment opportunities for children in the 1st through 6th grades, and our College Classics program offers four-week courses in a variety of topics for people aged 50+ at a special reduced price. |

Adult and Developmental Education offers a variety of programs to help adults increase their academic and workforce skills. The objectives of adult education are to teach literacy, to refresh basic academic skills, to help non-English speakers and those with limited English proficiency to learn the English language, to help legal resident aliens prepare for the Citizenship test, and to prepare adults without a high school diploma or its equivalent for the GED® test. Students are provided with the opportunity to improve their skills in reading, math, science, social studies, language arts, and English. All classes are free of charge. |
