Carpool Drop-off/Pick-up

There is only ONE designated area for carpool. We ask that everyone strictly adhere to these instructions; any deviation from this could cause serious injury to students.

Drop-off Procedures - Allison Fine Arts Building

  • Drop your children off by 12:30, 2:00 or 3:30 pm so that they can get to class on time.
  • A staff member will be available to unload your children at the curb.
  • Make sure each child knows the name of his/her first class.

PICK-UP PROCEDURES - ALLISON FINE ARTS Building

  • Plan to pick your children up at 2, 3:40 or 5 pm as this will allow us to have all children moved to the parking lot before pick up begins.
  • List the name(s) of the children you are  picking up on the Pick-up Card and post on the right side of your windshield. Use large black letters that can be read from a distance.

Pick-up Card (pdf)

  • Children will be loaded into your car along the curb by staff.
  • If your car cannot be loaded immediately, pull forward and to the side to park.
  • Please do not park in the line and leave your car.
