Midland College Opens Registration for Kids’ College with New SystemApril 01, 2025

Midland College is excited to announce that registration for its 2025 Kids’ College summer enrichment program is open as of April 2 at 10 a.m. This popular program offers children ages 6-12 the chance to explore a variety of engaging courses designed to inspire creativity and learning. Classes range from arts & crafts and language arts to STEM, sports, and life skills, ensuring something for every young learner.

Program Dates:

·  Week 1: June 2-5
·  Week 2: June 9-12
·  Week 3: June 16-19
·  Week 4: June 23-26

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Midland College.

“We are thrilled to offer another summer of fun and learning at Kids’ College,” said Kori Chisham, Director of Community Programs at Midland College. “Additionally, we are excited to introduce our new registration system, which we believe will make the process more convenient and accessible for all families.”

This year’s program features several exciting new classes, including YouTube Content Creators, where students will learn how to launch a career as the next YouTube star, and Digital Music Creators, where students will gain valuable skills in digital music production. The highly popular Ninja Course will also return for another action-packed summer.

“For over 40 years, parents have trusted Kids’ College as a safe and enriching place for their children during the summer months,” said Victoria Santiago Edwards, Dean of Continuing Education at Midland College. “We are proud to continue that tradition by offering a program that fosters learning, creativity, and fun in a secure environment.”

This year, Midland College is introducing a new camp management system, Campsite, to streamline the registration process. Parents and guardians must first create a family profile and add their student to the system before selecting classes. Detailed instructions for registration are available at midland.edu/kidscollege.
