Dr. Koyles did his undergraduate work at Palm Beach Atlantic University, received a Masters of Divinity Degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and a Masters and PhD in Philosophy from Florida State University.

His first book, The Trace of the Face in the Politics of Jesus, which is a rereading of John Howard Yoder's work in terms of the philosophical thought of Emmanuel Levinas, is published by Pickwich Publishers.
