Randolph’s interest in teaching grew with every novel she read in middle and high school, so authors such as Charles Dickens, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Harper Lee are responsible for her interest. She prefers a mix of both teaching formats, which is why she teaches dual-credit in Greenwood and online for MC is perfect for her. Word-of-mouth goes a long way with Midland College students, so she works to establish respect and appreciation from current students. These students eventually share their experiences with others.

She enjoys lap swimming, traveling, and reading. She recently traveled to New York City, and “it could very well be my favorite. The energy of the city is nothing that I had ever experienced before; and, I could spend weeks in just Central Park and the New York City Public Library.” #1 on her bucket list is to visit the Tate Britain Art Museum in London, England.
