Sarah  HildebrandAssociate Professor, Developmental Math, Mathematics

Sarah Hildebrand has always enjoyed doing math and helping others enjoy it as well. She teaches online and in a traditional classroom and doesn’t prefer one over the other. Students stay better engaged in a math class if they can relate it to the world around them. She regularly has students find and write about connections between topics covered in class and real-world applications.

Hobbies include: bowling, making latch hook rugs, and needlepoint crafts. Her secret talent is playing the saxophone. Her favorite vacation spot is anywhere with a river or lake, because her husband loves to fish. She would love to take a cross-country road trip someday.
