Daniela  EspinozaAdjunct Instructor, Substance Abuse Counseling

Teaching wasn’t in Daniela’s plans until the previous ADAC program chair encouraged her to share her knowledge with the students interested in the counseling field. She enjoys teaching both traditional and online. Students are provided real life scenarios in class and are encouraged to get involved in local trainings or workshops provided by the community. The trainings and workshops provide the students a real taste in the counseling world.

Playing with her toddler son brings her much happiness. She donates to the West Texas Food Bank, Midland Habitat for Humanity, and other organizations that assist low-income families. She enjoys visiting New York; the city is filled with entertainment, arts, and “hustle and bustle.”
