Mission Statement

Midland College Foundation transforms lives and enriches our community by securing and managing resources that support Midland College.

What We Do

The Midland College Foundation directs major gifts, fundraising activities, and provides asset management services to support educational excellence at Midland College. We serve both our donors (individuals, corporations, and organizations) and the college community (administrators, faculty, staff, and students). 

Our responsibilities include:

    • Soliciting and receiving gifts
    • Acknowledging and receipting donations
    • Managing endowments
    • Disbursing funds to support educational programs

The foundation is a private, nonprofit corporation. 

 

Our Purpose

    • Support Midland College through funding that enhances teaching, learning, facilities, and student success
    • Manage and steward donated assets responsibly
    • Honor donor intent while allocating funds to meet the college's greatest needs
    • Distribute funds to advance educational programs and opportunities
