Jaime  AguilaCommunity & Family Engagement Director, Adjunct Instructor, History

Jaime Aguila’s grandfather, Ramon Gonzalez, told him stories about the Mexican Revolution that sparked his interest in history at an early age. Later his interest was heightened when he read Edith Hamilton's Timeless Tales of Gods and Heroes.

He enjoys live music, comic books, Star Trek, international travel, foreign cinema and literature, and bad B-movies. His favorite causes include civil rights, the environment, and “our posterity”. At the top of his bucket list is: 1) to live in Central Europe, and 2) to meet Roger Staubach.Instructor Vitae (pdf)
