The Midland Young Leaders Challenge with General Tommy Franks is a once in a lifetime opportunity for selected high school juniors in Midland County to develop leadership skills, compete for scholarships and learn from world class leaders. This challenge will improve leadership ability, develop confidence, and enable students to more effectively achieve goals.  Participants include 30 Midland County students who have completed the 11th grade and have been through an application and selection process.
