Room Rentals

Midland College offers various rooms and spaces for reservation. Standard rental fees apply for all bookings. Non-profit organizations are eligible for a discounted rate. Please note that reservations requested outside of regular operating hours will incur an additional charge.

Located in the Scharbauer Student Center, across from the bookstore, this room accommodates tables and chairs for up to 150 people.

Outside of Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm & Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  • Include invoice number on all checks and correspondence.
  • All cancellations must be made 72 business hours in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process and will be issued via check.

Catering Services

  • Midland College’s Catering Services are professionally managed by Genuine Food Lab, LLC.
  • Catering requests must be submitted 10 business days prior to scheduled event date.
