to Enroll in Kids' College, Each child must have...

  1. An individual CE Portal login account
  2. An approved Pre-Admission form

How to Create/Access your CE Portal Account

  • Online registration must be completed using a computer. The CE Portal does NOT work on mobile devices.

  • If your child attended last year, a CE portal account will exist for your child. Go to the CE Portal login page and enter your account credentials.

    • Login - the same username created last year
    • Password - if you do not remember the password, click the "Reset your password" link and enter the Login username.
      If you do not remember the username, contact our office.
  • If your child did not attend last year, an account needs to be created. Go to the CE Portal Login Page and click the "Create a new account” link. Fill out the account information on behalf of your child, using his/her information.


Pre-Admission Form Submission Options


Once logged into the CE Portal, follow these steps:

  • Hover over "Find A Program", in the green toolbar and click "Program Catalogs" in the drop-down menu
  • Scroll down to the "Kids' College" tile and click the tile
  • Click the green "Kids’ College" link, then click the “Apply” button
  • Complete and submit pre-admission form
  • Wait for response from the CE office. Once you receive an email of approval, and before April 1, log back into the portal and click the “Enroll” button.


  1. Complete the Pre-Admission form located in the back of the Kids' College Catalog and return to the Kids' College office for approval.

  2. Download, print, and complete the Pre-Admission form and return to the Kids' College office for approval.

  3. If you do not have access to a computer and/or printer, Pre-Admission forms may be picked up at the Kids' College office.

Steps to Register and Pay

  • Once approval email is received from the CE office, login to the child's CE Portal account
  • Click the course number to see an extended box of information
  • Click the "Add to Cart" icon, under the Action column, for the course time that you want to register, to add to your cart
  • Repeat this step for all classes
  • Click the “Check Out” link in the Shopping Cart section
  • Complete payment information

Refund policy

Fees will be refunded ONLY if a student withdraws by noon on the Thursday before the first day of the session. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A $10.00 processing fee will be assessed.

  2. Submit the form
