Instructions & Tips to follow to avoid delays

  • One form submission per web page

    All changes for a single page should be submitted at one time in one form. Multiple form submissions may delay completion of requests.

  • Copy the URL (web address) directly from your browser and paste directly in the URL field.

  • Provide as many details as possible in the description section.

  • Approved changes will be published as soon as possible.

  • Once your changes are published, you will be notified via email to review the changes.

Time to Publication

For simple website changes, allow 3-5 business days for completion. Extensive requests may take longer.
