The Midland College IT Services department provides computer and networking support to all MC faculty and staff.

Request Assistance or Report a Problem

To request a service or report a problem, submit a Service Request via Help Center. This includes software, hardware, computer accessories, phone, user account, electronic door, plumbing, electrical, custodial, room set-up, grounds, etc.

Service Requests are reviewed and assigned to the appropriate group to complete. The requestor will be notified via email when updates and/or progress is made. If additional information is needed from the requestor, it will be sent via email from MC Tech Help.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base (KB) is a centralized repository where MC information is stored, organized, and shared. Like the Services component, articles are categorized by topic and narrowed down by clicking the category name until you find the article.

Help Center

To reset your My MC1 password call the Help Desk, (432) 685-4788.

Secretaries and supervisors may not request for another employee. Only the person needing a password reset may request a password reset.

The employees name, MC ID, and other information will be asked to verify identity. 

Quarantine & Spam Filter

Spam notifications will be sent to users daily, unless no spam is received that day. The notification message is sent from Use the link below to login to your spam quarantine and use your My MC1 login to access.

Username: MC Employee Email Address
Password: same as your MC computer and email account

For access to specific SharePoint sites, libraries, or folders, contact your supervisor, program chair, or division dean.

Email Access via Browser

To access your MC employee email account from any browser, click the Webmail link and enter your My MC1 Login credentials when prompted.
