Fasken LRC • Interlibrary Loan Request Form

 Interlibrary Loan  service is for Faculty, students, and staff of Midland College needing library materials not found in the Fasken LRC.  Faculty and Staff may submit this online form.

Students, please print and complete the form in .pdf.  Bring form to  Public Services Librarian's Office: FLRC Room 120.


You must first ascertain that the requested material is not in the LRC collection.

Not all materials are available for ILL, for example DVDs and the latest best sellers are not available for loans.

You will be notified by phone or email when the material is available for pick-up at the LRC.  Please pick-up promptly since the material must be returned on time to the lending library.  You will also be notified if the material requested is not available for loan.
