 • Media Services lends equipment on a 'first come, first served' basis. It is best to reserve equipment AT LEAST
   TWO WEEKS in advance. There are no guarantees for equipment requested less than a week in advance.

 

 • All possible efforts will be made for equipment to be set 30 minutes before Event Start Time.
